We rented an RV from an RV place in Minnesota - when we got to Colorado the lock had jammed on the door and we couldn't exit the RV. We called several places near where we were in Colorado and the ONLY place that said they would help us was MERICLE RV. We drove there and three gentlemen including the owner were waiting outside for us. Within minutes they had unjammed the door from the outside (which we could't have done from inside). We tried to pay them but they refused. True gentlemen and stellar customer service with nothing to gain. We are so grateful to them for their selfless attitudes!

This company is hands down the best company I've ever worked with - ever! With any thing! The customer service is above and beyond! I got my camper, living 3.5 hours away and despite product glitches (not their problem) and things of that nature, they did the right thing and even went beyond what was their responsibility. After spending almost 9 months looking for an RV we finally found a place that was extremely honest and that didn't try to over price their Rvs. We went to all the largest RV dealers across Northern Colorado, and almost all of them made used car salesmen look like angels. The tricks they would try to pull and think you didn't look around was unbelievable.

We just got back from our maden voyage and were vary surprised that everything worked as it should (do mostly in part from this dealership inspection) in freezing weather to hot weather.

We highly recommend this place for any purchases or repairs, they have a family business aspect about them that I hope will continue for many years to come!
